House Rules:

  • NO Smoking inside of home, there is a receptacle outside of the home.

  • NO Parties.

  • NO extra overnight guests unless approved by host.

  • NO flushing of anything other than toilet paper as we have septic on the property.

  • NO loud noises after 10 PM , please respect the neighborhood.

  • NO more than 2 pets allowed.
